How Hair Restoration Works

Scalp Is Prepped & Needled

The treatment begins by prepping the scalp with an alcohol spray to disinfect the area. The skin is then needled at 0.5 mm, which is an effective depth for activating hair follicles, stimulating blood flow, and enhancing serum absorption without causing trauma and inflammation to the scalp tissue. Numbing is not necessary at this needle depth.

Hair Repair Ampules Are Applied During & After Treatment

During each needling treatment, specialized Hair Repair & Skin Rejuvenation Vitamin ampules are applied to the affected areas on the scalp. These ampules, 8 in total, are applied alternatively during the 8 session treatment protocol to ensure the benefits of both ingredients. The Hair Repair ampules contain natural DHT blockers and circulation ingredients including Saw Palmetto, copper peptides, ginseng extract, azelaic acid, caffeine, and berry extract whereas the Skin Rejuvenation Vitamin ampules contain nourishing ingredients which stimulate hair growth such as biotin, rosemary oil, sage, vitamin C, amino acids, B-vitamins and more.

Home Care Included In Sessions For Maintenance

Home-care is included in the treatment package and is crucial for maintaining long-term results. The home-care kit includes a Hair Lotion, which clients are to apply a few drops to a clean and dry scalp every night. The kit also includes a Dermaroller Home-Care roller, which is recommended to use before applying the Hair Lotion up to 2-3 times a week, to enhance penetration and boost circulation to the scalp, keeping the follicles stimulated.

Hair restoration is a gradual process which requires consistent treatment. The treatment protocol requires 8 sessions spaced 2 weeks apart for noticeable results. Please note this hair restoration procedure is only suitable for individuals with functioning hair follicles, experiencing thinning hair to moderate levels of hair loss in the early stages. For individuals with advanced baldness without functioning hair follicles, this treatment will not be effective.

If your scalp has areas with no functioning follicles left (like in advanced baldness), this treatment probably won’t bring those spots back to life.
